For the safety of all our guests, we require proof of vaccination for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccination.
Yes! We are happy to administer your dog’s medications during their stay. Up to 2 medications per day at no extra charge. A small fee applies for 3 or more medications. All medications must be provided in original packaging with clear instructions – please do not pre-mix medications into food.
Our evaluation is a slow introduction to our playgroup. The new pup is brought to our yard, and we bring out our older, more docile pups one by one to gauge the reaction. This is designed to be a slow, calm introduction to the group setting.
Your dog will spend the day romping in our supervised play yards and socializing with new friends. We also provide a structured nap time to keep energy levels balanced.
Yes! We offer both half-day and full-day daycare. We also have multi-day packages available, at a discounted rate.
No, once your pet has passed the meet and greet with the group you can come in at any time without a reservation! However, you are more than welcome to request a reservation in your online portal or by contacting us directly.
Our staff carefully groups dogs based on size, age, energy level, and play style.
Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play. If your dog is over 6 months and has not yet been spayed or neutered, please contact our team to discuss available options.
Our staff closely monitors all play and steps in at the first sign of rough play, or stress. Minor scratches can occasionally happen – just like on a playground – but we treat any injury immediately and contact owners if anything requires attention beyond basic first aid.
